Contact Me

I’ve been asked to create a contact page by a few people who don’t want to post comments on the open forum but do want to share a story with me, ask questions, or offer support without their words being made public.

If you would like to send me a confidential message, please use the comment form on this page. Comments made here will NOT be published. Please know that I am not a grief counselor and can’t offer any crisis support. I can’t stress enough the importance of speaking with a licensed grief counselor or medical professional, especially early on in your journey.

I lost my husband in Feburary to cancer. We had been married for 41 years and at 60 years old I’m devastated. I have 3 adult sons and lots of friends and family and I feel like I’m the only person on this planet. Unless your been through this you can’t have a clue to the pain and loss that only you can feel. I still have’nt been able to go back to work. I feel as if a big part of me died also. It’s so hard to find joy in the things that used to bring you happiness. I do have lots of faith and know thats what keeps me plugging away. I read your posts and I can totally feel your pain because i’m there. Thanks for sharing.
